Free Vinyasa Yoga Class

Join us for a fun, accessible yoga class to celebrate the power of nature within. This all-levels flow class links breath to movement to connect with the body, de-stress and bring calming energy to the nervous system. Move through postures like sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, and hip openers while incorporating good alignment to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
